But looking for the positive may be not only more encouraging, but more effective in improving how you live your life. And whether you want or need to change at all.
Focusing on the things you have accomplished can lead to a realization of not only what you’ve done, but also what you can do. Which in turn leads to a can-do attitude that will find you naturally moving forward, accomplishing what you want, when you want regardless of the day, month, or year.
