A New Perspective on Resolutions

diary and pen.jpg

Can you list 10 things you did RIGHT last year?

So often we begin January by looking back on the negatives of the year before, and trying to figure out ways to avoid repeating them. We think of changing all we did wrong.

But looking for the positive may be not only more encouraging, but more effective in improving how you live your life. And whether you want or need to change at all.

Focusing on the things you have accomplished can lead to a realization of not only what you’ve done, but also what you can do. Which in turn leads to a can-do attitude that will find you naturally moving forward, accomplishing what you want, when you want regardless of the day, month, or year.

Until Next Time...

Take Care,
