ADHD Awareness Month 2014

October is ADHD Awareness Month and I'm honored to be a part of the movement to help spread the facts around ADHD and provide additional resources. Below I have attached several links around ADHD.

Enjoy and please share....

The more knowledge we have the better....

  • There is a fantastic website dedicated to the ADHD Awareness Month. I encourage you to check it out.
  • Here is a great article titled 7 Facts You Need to Know about ADHD.
  • One of my very favorite websites to visit is Additude. It's filled with great information for adults, families, and children. Topics cover everything from organization to different treatment options for ADHD.
  • Here is an Adult Self Screener to start recognizing the signs and symptoms of ADHD. NOTE From World Health Organization: It is not meant to replace consultation with a trained healthcare professional. An accurate diagnosis can only be made through a clinical evaluation. Regardless of the questionnaire results, if you have concerns about diagnosis and treatment of Adult ADHD, please discuss your concerns with your physician.
  • We recently recorded a podcast (ADHD Awareness Month - Coaching and Resources Galore) that highlight some of my favorite resources and I talk more about my coaching services. I invite you to listen to the show and all of the resources I talk about are in the show notes.

We would love to hear from you.... What are your favorite resources around ADHD? Please let use know... we would love to share and pass on the information...
