It's that time again! Group Coaching enrollment is now open for new groups beginning in September! If you've been on the fence in the past about joining - now is the time! What a great way to give and receive support of like-minded individuals who really understand you!

What does ADHD Group Coaching Offer?
Group coaching offers a learning environment free of judgement, motivation and inspiration. This is a place to practice patience, mindfulness, to ask for accountability from others and be a role model of accountability, persistence, and strength yourself.
Groups meet weekly for 8 weeks in a conference call. Each call will last between 60-75 minutes. All calls are recorded and available for review after each session.
In addition to our weekly call, each group has an online community for sharing resources and supporting one another in between the sessions. I have found this platform to be very helpful and it helps expand the topics discussed outside of the conference call.
What Will You Learn?
I work hard to find a balance between the structure in our coaching work together and staying flexible to work through the issues that are most challenging to you. During our first session, I will gather information from the group to determine our most pressing topics. From this list, I will build the structure for the following seven weeks, with an eye toward flexibility in our work around each topic.
In my experience, here are some of the more popular areas for exploration in coaching:
- Self care & ADHD including: exercise, nutrition, sleep, and mindfulness.
- Organizing your space with ADHD
- Time management, productivity & ADHD including: getting your to do list done, avoiding procrastination, and staying focused on what matters
