Best of Take Control ADHD 2015!

For the last blog post of 2015, I thought it would be nice to reflect on the year and share with you some of the best moments here at Take Control ADHD. 

One of the best things I have done in my business to date is decide to offer Group Coaching. Over the past year, I have had the opportunity to work with several great men and women and it has been a wonderful experience where I have learned so much. I am constantly amazed at the determination, strength, and perseverance I have witnessed through Group Coaching. The power of connection is real and I appreciate everyone who showed up and participated. I look forward to what’s to come in 2016! 

Another turning point for me personally this year, has been around the blog. One day, I decided to listen to the ProBloggers Podcast, "31 days to a Better Blog Series," and boy, did it ever inspire me. I have found, or should I say re-discovered, my passion for writing. If you have a blog, I highly recommend you check out this podcast and everything else ProBloggers has to offer. It is fantastic!

Pete and I continue to receive wonderful feedback about the Podcast. It means so much to hear from our listeners. They share their ideas and tips with us and, most importantly, they share their stories with us. We are both truly honored to be producing something that is doing some good in this world. We were even highlighted as one of the Best ADHD Podcasts in 2015 from Healthline.com. 

Over the last year, I think about my clients and I smile. I am so grateful to have been part of their journey this last year. I work with a variety of different people and each one has a different story, each has different challenges, and each has incredible strengths. One thing they all have in common is courage. This never goes unnoticed. 

For the next couple of weeks, I will be taking a break from podcasting and the blog, so I leave you with a look back at some of the more popular posts of 2015 as we prepare for the new year.
