Managing Your ADHD in the Workplace

Employees with ADHD are 30% more likely to have chronic employment issues, 60% more likely to be fired from a job, and three times more likely to quit a job impulsively. (Barkley, R. (2008) ADHD in Adults: What the Science Says UMASS Study. p. 279)

There are more statistics to share, but I think even with these three you can see the importance in managing your ADHD in the workplace. Over the last few weeks, I have dedicated the podcast and blog around different subjects related to work and ADHD. Check them out if you missed them to get ideas on how to make your ADHD for for you in the workplace!
