GPS Payment Policy
As a GPS member, your monthly membership fee of $250.00 will automatically be charged to the payment method on file. Your initial monthly charge will occur at sign-up and then monthly thereafter on the same date for the duration of your membership.
As a member, it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription.
If you'd like to cancel your membership, please follow the below directions:
Members can cancel their subscription by:
Logging in on desktop
Going to Personal Settings > Plans and Access > Cancel Subscription
For iOS purchases:
Go to settings > [Your Name] > Media & Purchases
Choose "View Account"
Scroll to "Subscriptions"
Find Mighty Networks subscription
Click on subscription and cancel
On mobile web browser:
Go to Profile > Your Purchases > Active Subscriptions > Cancel Subscription
Cancellation takes effect on the next billing date.
Monthly membership renewal payments are non-refundable.
GPS Alumni Procedure
The last stage of GPS is the Alumni Stage, which is meant for members who have been in the membership for at least three months and have a trusted system they use regularly. Every three months, TCA will email those who are eligible to sign up for the alumni membership.
The monthly cost is $100.00 per month.
Coaching Procedure
All coaching sessions are held through Zoom (a teleconference line). You will be given directions for the call before the first session.
Here are a few other things to consider regarding phone etiquette:
Avoid " talking over” others or interrupting while someone else speaks.
Call from a quiet space that will allow you to concentrate on the session.
If you have background noise, please use the mute button when you’re not speaking.
If you come to the call late, don’t interrupt to announce yourself. I will introduce you to the call.
Be concise when you speak. Make your point succinctly, share a quick story, or ask a question simply.
Please be sensitive to everyone’s need to participate.
Acknowledge someone when they have helped you grow, shift, or learn something new.
Challenges
TCA is committed to your success, so if you feel some part of our coaching relationship isn’t working, please say so. We promise to do whatever is necessary to resolve the issue. We appreciate, respect, and value your honesty. We will work on all things like this as a team. We value truth and please let us know if anything oversteps any boundaries or makes you uncomfortable.
Confidentiality
Take Control ADHD recognizes that the Client may have the following: plans, business affairs, customer/client/patient lists and information, financial information, job information, goals, personal information, and other proprietary information. Take Control ADHD will not at any time, directly or indirectly, use any information for Take Control ADHD’s benefit, disclose, or communicate any information to any third party. Take Control ADHD will not divulge that we are in a coaching relationship without the client's permission.
Nature of Relationship
The client is aware that the Coaching Relationship cannot be construed as business consultancy, psychological counseling, or any type of therapy. If the client requires professional treatment, it is the client's responsibility to seek such professionals as the client deems necessary.
Coaching results are not guaranteed. The client enters into coaching understanding that they are responsible for creating their own results.
