How to Listen to Taking Control: The ADHD Podcast

Taking Control is a podcast. That’s a newfangled way to say, “radio show that is delivered on the web.” If you’ve been intimidated by the word podcast in the past, I assure you, you have nothing to fear. In fact, for you math types, here’s a simple equation:

Podcast = Radio Show - Radio

Once you have that down, everything gets much, much easier.

A subscription to a podcast means that each week, whenever a new episode of the show is ready, it will automatically download for you, ready to listen whenever you are.

There are many apps to use to subscribe to podcasts. On your iPhone or iPad, Apple offers it’s own app called “Podcasts.” Download the app to your phone from the App Store, open it, and click the Search button.
