It's the frustration of missing appointments and barely making deadlines, the fear that hits when you realize you've forgotten to pick up your child from school.

Getting Started in ADHD Coaching with Nikki Kinzer PCC

 

Step One

The first step is to set up a phone consultation. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the coaching process.

If you agree that ADHD Coaching is right for you, you’ll be asked to commit to a Starter Package, which includes ten coaching sessions over 12 weeks.

Step Two

Coaching begins with an intake session. In this session, you’ll discuss your challenges, highlight your strengths, and share an overall picture of where you would like to be.

Each weekly session is designed to help you gain new insight and awareness around your ADHD. Together, you will create strategies and systems that move you toward your picture of success.

Step Three

Accountability check-ins are designed to support you as a part of your weekly goals. You can count on regular support check-ins via text and email — a chance to share successes and ask questions if you run into any challenges. In addition, you’ll have a standing invitation to our Thursday Study Hall to help get things done during the week — with someone else in charge of the timer!
