Get Back Up Again

Some days can feel like you are being bombarded from every angle.

While it can be easy to get down on yourself and your situation and just give up, I would urge you to keep going!

During my time as an ADHD coach, I have learned so much from my clients about the powers of resilience and the ability to come back from situations that seem hopeless.

Did you know that resilience is one of your ADHD superpowers?

In an article from the Woodburn Pediatric Clinic, they highlight resilience as a benefit to having ADHD.

“The ability to cope with stress and recover from setbacks is one of the greatest predictors of a person’s future success according to youth mental health professionals. People with ADHD build this trait as they overcome daily challenges and create strategies to accomplish their goals. Adults with ADHD are often more resilient than their neurotypical peers.”

So, when you are beginning to feel defeated or like the world is against you, don’t forget your natural ADHD ability to get back up and keep going.

Thanks for your time and attention!
