Guided Planning Sessions

Plan with purpose. Follow through with confidence.

You don’t need another productivity system. You need planning that fits your ADHD brain and the support to keep it going.

If your planning keeps falling apart, this is for you.

Enrollment Opens Again in the Fall

Join the GPS Membership Program and get support to navigate your plan, get more done, and build a community of others looking to navigate their lives confidently. Add your name to the waitlist!

$250/month for the first 3 months. Then $150/month as an alumni member. Cancel anytime. No contracts.

If every planning tool feels like too much, it’s not you — it’s friction. GPS™ helps you find your flow.

Find Your Way Forward

Most of us know what we want to get done — but between Monday and Friday, things get tangled.

Tasks pile up, time disappears, and suddenly the week feels like a blur.

GPS™ helps you close that gap.
It’s more than a set of planning sessions — it’s a rhythm that keeps you grounded.

When you join, you’ll start finding your own path:

  • One that replaces overwhelm with calm.

  • One where your priorities finally line up with how your week actually unfolds.

  • One where planning stops being something you “should” do, and starts being something that supports you.

You’ll plan with others, not alone.
You’ll experiment, adjust, and discover what really works for your ADHD brain.
And you’ll keep showing up—because it finally feels doable.

GPS™ stands for Guided Planning Sessions, a membership program designed to give you a map that you can actually navigate.

GPS™ gives you what those tools don’t: real-time structure, accountability, and community. Together, we turn planning time into progress time.
— Nikki Kinzer

"GPS gave me a map I could keep following when the overwhelm crept in, so I could keep going and find the time to do the most important things." – TD

If GPS sounds like your kind of support, get yourself on the list! 👋

ADHD does not mean that you are lost, but it might feel that way.

You see a map. You can see where you’d like to go. But there is no route connecting the two points. Between them is just a nest of roads obscured by mountains and tress with no navigable path.

You know exactly where you are, and where you want to go, but between the two: a mess.

For many living with ADHD, the same mess exists between two points on your schedule: Monday and Friday. On the calendar, between two points, a mess of tasks, goals, and obligations sitting firmly on a map of possibilities with no direction, no map illuminating how to get it all done.

You don’t need another system. You need a space to plan—and people who get you.

GPS is that space: real humans, real weeks, real plans—made together.

You're not alone. This is meant to be a safe place to be yourself, to be understood. This is not about learning a magical strategy to fix this or that. This membership is about real conversation. It is a place to listen and be heard.

  • “Before GPS, I’d plunge into work thinking I didn’t have time to plan—then miss deadlines. Now I plan first, and it actually saves me time. I even plan on my own sometimes—something I never thought I’d say.” -DG
