ADHD Holiday
Planning on Purpose

What if the holidays didn't have to feel like a race you're already losing?

Maybe you can already feel it.

The holidays are coming, and with them comes the list. The gifts. The hosting. The traditions you keep because you always have. The invitations you'll say yes to before you've even looked at your calendar.

You want to enjoy this season! But somewhere between November and January, it usually gets away from you.

You take care of everyone else. You show up, you make it happen, and by the time it's over, you're tired, spent, and wondering where December went.

If that sounds familiar, you're not doing the holidays wrong. You've just never had a way to plan them that fits how your brain actually works.

Here's the truth

Planning the holidays isn't about doing more. It's about doing what matters most to you, and giving yourself permission to let go of the rest.

When everything feels equally important, every decision feels heavy. But when you know what you actually want from this season, the yeses and the nos get a lot clearer.

Imagine heading into the holidays this year:

  • 🎄 Clear on what matters most to you, not what you think you should do

  • 📅 Able to see the whole season at once, so nothing sneaks up on you

  • 🌿 With rest protected on your calendar, not squeezed in at the end

  • ✨ Letting go of at least one thing without the guilt spiral

What we'll do together

This isn't a webinar where you watch and take notes. We'll do the work together, live, so you leave with your plan already started.

  1. Decide what matters most. You'll write your own holiday mission statement. It becomes a filter for every invitation, tradition, and to-do this season.

  2. See your whole season. Get everything out of your head, then map it onto a November and December calendar, including the prep time and rest days we usually forget.

  3. Let go of the rest. Sort your list into keep, simplify, hand off, or let go. Then break down the one big project you're keeping, using AI as your planning partner or good old paper.

  4. Choose your next step. You'll leave with one small action for this week, so the plan doesn't stay on the page.

New to AI? That's okay. You'll get a ready-to-use prompt, and paper works just as well.

What you'll walk away with …

✅ Your personal holiday mission statement

✅ Your whole season mapped on one calendar, with rest built in

✅ A shorter, lighter list, and permission to let go of the rest

✅ Your biggest holiday project already broken into doable steps

✅ One clear next step for this week

A few things people ask…

A note from Nikki

I'm Nikki Kinzer, PCC, ADHD coach and co-host of Taking Control: The ADHD Podcast. For years I've watched people I care about give everything to the holidays and have nothing left for themselves.

I don't believe the answer is a better to-do list. It's knowing what matters to you, and trusting yourself enough to let the rest go. That's what this workshop is about.

I'd love to spend an evening planning with you.

You don't have to do the holidays the way you always have. You get to choose. I can’t wait to get started with you.
