Questions To Ask The Interviewer
Is this where you want to work?
When I worked in Human Resources, I conducted many interviews and one of my biggest pet peeves is when the applicant didn’t have any questions for me. It always made me feel like they either didn’t care and didn’t want the job or they were unprepared and didn’t know what to ask.
For ADHDer’s, it’s important you find the right fit for you and the only way to do that is to ask questions!
Here are a few I recommend:
How would you explain the work culture here?
What do you think are the most important skills for someone to have in this position?
What does a typical day look like for this position?
How might the day vary?
Are there certain times of the year that are busier than others?
How many people would I be working with and how do I work with them?
Who do I report to you? What are they like?
Why is this position open?
Why do you like working here?
