Uncover the Potential of ADHD and AI
What sort of emotions do you feel when you hear someone
talking about AI?
Frustration? Trepidation? Excitement? Interest? Confusion?
The general feelings around AI tend to be all over the place. One way or another, many people have strong feelings about AI and how it’s used.
Whether you hate it or love it, AI has become a big part of the world, and it doesn't look like it's going anywhere any time soon.
Regardless of your personal feelings about different AI tools, have you ever considered AI as something for managing each day with ADHD?
During a recent episode of Taking Control: The ADHD Podcast, my fantastic, tech guru co-host, Pete Wright, shared how AI can be an ally and valuable tool to have when it comes to productivity and living with ADHD.
Throughout the discussion, Pete described a number of different AI tools and programs that can help in a wide range of activities from planning your day to reminding you of your appointments or even assisting in a job search and fine-tuning your resumé!
I was shocked at all the things AI can do! It seems like there could be an endless number of possibilities.
Explore the Possibilities
While you may be sceptical of AI and how it can be used in your life or the world around you, I would encourage you to try to approach the concept and possibilities of AI with an open mind and a spirit of curiosity. I would hate for you to miss out on a number of helpful tools and strategies offered by AI that could potentially help make living with ADHD every day just a little better.
Now It's Your Turn
I hope this conversation around ADHD and AI has sparked some curiosity. Take some time to explore some of the potential of different AI tools and how they might be helpful in your own situations.
Remember, the true potential of AI tools is not to replace yourself or the work you do, but to be used as just another tool or strategy to help each day—just as you would use a calendar or an app on your smart devices. In the end, it's all in how you use it.
We would love to hear how you like to use different AI programs to support your ADHD. Contact us and share your stories!
Thank you for your time and attention,
