The ADHD Spring Declutter Challenge
Your space. Your pace. Real support.
Registration opens April 27th — closes May 15th
Not sure where to start?
Get the Guide that will Get you Started!
If you've ever walked into a messy room and immediately walked back out, this guide is for you. Where Do I Even Begin? is a free decluttering guide built specifically for the ADHD brain — one that names why you freeze, skip the shame spiral, and hands you a four-step framework for making real progress in one space without needing to tackle everything at once.
Whether it's a drawer, a closet corner, or the back seat of your car, this is your permission slip to start small, lower the bar, and feel good about what you got done!
There is probably a space in your home that keeps coming to mind.
You know the one. Maybe it is the room you close the door on. The counter that never quite clears. The basement that has been "temporary storage" for longer than you want to admit.
You have thought about tackling it. Maybe started a few times. And somehow it always ends up right back where it was — and that quiet guilt follows you around more than you let on.
Here is what I want you to know: that is not a you problem. That is what happens when you have an ADHD brain and the tools you have been given were built for someone else's.
Starting in May, we are doing something about it — together.
The ADHD Spring Declutter Challenge is four Saturdays of real work, real support, and a community of people who finally get why this has been so hard.
What the Declutter Challenge Actually Is
This is not a course. There is no checklist of things to complete before Saturday. There is no way to fall behind.
It is four Saturdays — May 16, 23, 30, and June 6th — where a community of people with ADHD shows up together, works in their own spaces in real time, and does the thing that is genuinely hard to do alone.
We work in focused intervals with breaks in between. You bring whatever space has been weighing on you. Nikki is there the whole time — responding in the chat, answering questions at every break, working in her own space alongside you.
No perfection required. No minimum amount of progress. Just showing up — and finding out what becomes possible when you are not doing it alone.
This is for you if…
✅ You have a space that has been weighing on you — and you keep meaning to tackle it but it never happens
✅ You have tried to declutter before — and it worked for a little while, and then it drifted back, and now you are not sure why you bother
✅ You freeze the moment you walk into a cluttered space — because there is too much to see at once and no obvious place to start
✅ You do better when there are other people around — even if you are working on completely different things
✅ You want support that does not shame you — for how it got this way, for how long it has been this way, or for not having figured it out already
Set Your Intention
When you register, you will receive the ADHD Declutter Workbook — your companion through the whole month. Take a few minutes to identify the space or spaces you want to focus on and write down what progress would actually look like for you. Not perfection. Just better.
Real-Time Support
You are never on your own. We work in focused intervals with breaks in between to celebrate wins, ask questions, and recharge. At the end of every session is the Reset Pomodoro — a dedicated time to tidy your space, deal with donations, and close out with intention.
Review & Celebrate
Session 4 on May 30th is different. Less working time, more reflection. We look back at what shifted, what you noticed, and what you are most proud of. We celebrate everything you cleared and accomplished — and talk honestly about what comes next so the progress does not quietly drift back.

You Do Not Have to Figure This Out Alone
One of the things I hear most from people who want to declutter is: I know I need to do this. I just cannot seem to make myself start.
That stuck feeling is not laziness. It is what happens when a task requires more executive function than it looks like from the outside — and when every past attempt has quietly added to the pile of evidence that this is just how it is for you.
It does not have to be.
What changes things — for real, not just for a week — is doing this with support that actually understands your brain. With people who are in the same room, doing the same thing, without judgment for how it got this way or how long it has been.
That is what we are building, starting in May. And we would love for you to be part of it.
“There was a system and a process so that as I filtered through my piles of clutter, I didn’t just end up with a bunch of different piles in different places—I actually decluttered. Once I learned how, I’ve kept up the challenge on my own in the months since then and have been making real progress toward that clean, clear workable space that I’m hoping for.”

What People Are Saying
“I made so much progress on a room that had become a closet that I can see it as room. The power of body doubling for getting that difficult project done was immeasurable. I was surprised to learn how much a little bit over lots of occasions can make a big difference.”
— DW“The format works: fixed time, people working alongside you, and Coach Nikki helping you actually think through the space, not just cheerleading. I made real progress, felt the momentum — and then life happened and I backslid. So I rejoined. And somehow, it worked again.”
