The 2026 ADHD
Declutter Challenge

Ready to Clear Your Space … and Your Mind?

If your home has been feeling more like a storage unit than a sanctuary, you’re in good company. And you don’t have to do it alone. Every January, a community of ADHDers walks through a month of steady, supported decluttering — and it works. In 2026, we’re back with new tools, fresh coaching, and a calmer, kinder approach to taking control of your space.

How it Works

Starting January 1, you’ll declutter the number of items that match the date:

  • Day 1 → 1 item

  • Day 2 → 2 items

  • … so many items! …

  • Day 31 → 31 items

By the end of the month, that comes to 496 items (give or take a few mismatched socks) … all gone. It might sound like a lot — but we do it together, with structure, support, and built-in momentum.

Clarify Your Goals

Before we dive into drawers, closets, and the mysterious “miscellaneous” bin, we start by getting grounded. You’ll set your goals, get clear on what matters most to you, and roll up your sleeves with a plan that feels doable — not daunting.

Real-Time Support

From there, you’re never on your own. During our sessions, we pause for hourly check-ins to celebrate small victories, ask questions, troubleshoot sticking points, and recharge. These little resets keep your momentum steady and your energy supported.

Reflect & Celebrate

And when the work is done? We wrap up with a mini-party honoring everything you cleared, reclaimed, and accomplished. It’s a moment to appreciate your progress and carry that sense of possibility into the rest of the challenge — and the rest of the year.
