291: Does it have to be All... or Nothing?

If you’re living with ADHD you’ve probably done it — trapped yourself into all-or-nothing negotiations with the voices in your head. Not enough time to do it? Better not do it at all. Can’t be perfect the first time? Better not even try. Planning your day didn’t work for you? Better not plan anymore… too unreliable.

This sort of thinking can invade your worldview and before long, you can get stuck there. Today on the show, we talk all about the trouble of all-or-nothing thinking, and give you five strategies for overcoming it and becoming more aware at the same time!
