These are boundaries around your time, and the things you’re probably doing (and probably doing them unintentionally) that end up being destructive to your time and your ability to thrive long-term. To get around them, you have to come to a better understanding of the controls that you have available, and the actions you can take RIGHT NOW to change your relationship with time and the work you have before you!
