Motivation is not an easy thing to find when you don’t want to do something. How to find your motivation may not be the right question to be asking.
When we feel stuck, it's always nice to look for inspiration. Here are a few of my favorite quotes that help me to remember my intention and get out of the stuck!

"I know what to do, I'm just not doing it!" This is a common theme with ADHD. It's frustrating and it's confusing. Why is it so hard? It shouldn't be so hard. Everyone else seems to be managing just fine. "What's wrong with me?" Nothing is wrong with you. Getting started is an executive function and with ADHD this can be one of the hardest things to do but there is hope and there are things you can do about it!
