When you don’t know you have ADHD, you are at a much higher risk for self-medicating, suicidal tendencies, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, the list goes. This month is dedicated to ADHD Awareness, but these risks are dangerous at any time when undiagnosed. This week, I share some resources to shed more light on the impact of ADHD.
