Going Undiagnosed: "Do I have ADHD?"
Knowing that you have ADHD gives you the opportunity to understand how your brain is wired. And knowing you have ADHD gives you the opportunity to manage it. When you don’t know you have ADHD, you are at a much higher risk for self-medicating, suicidal tendencies, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, the list goes. This month is dedicated to ADHD Awareness, but these risks are dangerous at any time when undiagnosed. This week, I share some resources to shed more light on the impact of ADHD.

The grass is not always greener on the other side. You never really know what other people are going through unless you have walked in their shoes, which is impossible.
