Your Self-Compassion Toolkit

Over the last 6 weeks we have been exploring the topic of self-compassion on The ADHD Podcast.

We have covered so many different parts of such an important part of living a healthy life with a growth mindset.

Since we covered so much material over a longer period of time than we normally devote to a single topic, I wanted to take the opportunity to compile all the resources in one place for anyone looking for a helping hand in the self-compassion department.

The book that sparked the podcast

This whole series began as an idea while I was independently going through a workbook.

The name of the book is The Mindful Self-Compassion Workbook by Kristin Neff and Christopher Germer.

There are so many great insights within this workbook. I had to know more, so I did a little research on the authors and stumbled on this fantastic TEDx Talk given by Dr. Kristin Neff called "The Space Between Self-Esteem and Self-Compassion".

I owe a lot to these two resources as we built this series.

The self-compassion podcast series

I don't know if I ever really intended for us to continue exploring for as long as we did, but it turns out there is so many different pieces that fit together to build up our self-compassion, and even more than that to tear it down.

Below I have included each episode. You can follow each link to listen to the full episode.
